Not at all! You can be completely new to tarot and astrology. I’ll explain things along the way and meet you wherever you are in your experience. Whether you’re a total beginner, casually curious, or already well-versed, there’s no “right” level of knowledge to have.
-
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect question—or even a specific question at all. We can talk through what’s been on your mind and find a direction together. Sometimes the question you start with isn’t the question you actually need answered.
-
I don’t view tarot or astrology as a fixed script for your life. I use them as tools for reflection, perspective, and intuitive insight. Your choices, circumstances, and free will are always part of the picture.
-
Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. You never have to force a message to fit your life.
Sometimes something may not make sense immediately and become meaningful later, while other things simply may not be for you. Your own discernment matters.
-
Yes! I actually encourage you to record your session so you can stay present rather than trying to write down everything in the moment. You can revisit the recording later, after you've had time to process, and take your own notes.
-
You can absolutely bring situations involving other people, but I encourage questions that keep you and your own journey at the center. Rather than trying to determine exactly what someone else is thinking or what they will do, we can explore what the situation is showing you, what you need to understand, and how you want to move forward.
-
For Astro Tarot readings, you’ll receive a personalized PDF with your birth chart, key chart information and a picture of your tarot spread. This is intended as a reference guide—not a transcript of our conversation.
Your session itself is where the deeper interpretation, discussion, and intuitive insights happen. I encourage individuals to record sessions and review afterwards to take your own notes!
-
Absolutely! A Lucky Lane reading can be a fun and meaningful gift for a friend, birthday, bachelorette party, new chapter, or just because. If you’re interested in gifting a reading, reach out and we can coordinate the details.
-
No. Lucky Lane sessions are a space for spiritual reflection, intuitive insight, and personal exploration. They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
If you are looking for mental-health support, I encourage you to connect with a licensed mental-health professional who can provide care appropriate to your needs.
-
You are welcome to bring difficult life experiences into a session, and I will always approach your experience with compassion and without judgment. However, Lucky Lane is not a crisis or mental-health treatment service.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or need professional support, please seek help from an appropriate licensed professional or crisis resource. I can also help provide some resources
-
No. I don’t guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or results. Tarot and astrology are offered as tools for reflection and insight rather than certainty about the future.
-
Once you book, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare for your session, including your appointment details and any intake information relevant to your chosen offering.
Then, you show up as yourself. You don’t need to prepare a perfect script or have everything figured out beforehand. Just bring your curiosity, your questions, and whatever feels present for you.
-
You’re not alone! You don’t have to know exactly what to say, understand tarot terminology, or have experience with spiritual readings. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can be curious, ask questions, and take what feels meaningful to you.
There is no “wrong” way to show up for a reading.
